Club Profile
IVFC is a not-for-profit corporation, founded in 1987, by 25
pilots who together purchased a Cessna 172. Their goal was to make flying affordable for a greater number of people in the LaSalle County area. Since then the club has grown to many more members and
three aircraft. If you would like to fly, joining a club is the most economical way to enjoy the pleasure of flight with you and your family. By all of us sharing the cost of maintenance, storage, and insurance with others, the cost of ownership for each member is vastly reduced. Take a look at the Membership page for more information, and contact us if you are interested.
We are always welcoming new members. This is a great way to learn and realize your passion of flying, and to travel without dealing with commercial airlines and restrictions associated with them.
If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact us for more information. Refer to the Membership tab for more info on memberships.
